We are committed to preserving the privacy of all visitors to our Websites and users of our Services. Please read this privacy policy to understand how we collect your personal information and how we use and protect your personal information.

For example, the nature of our services is to provide a software platform and related software services to subscribers and authorized users. Therefore, in certain cases, we may not be able to act on your request because we are a “service provider” rather than a business directly providing the services to you. Also, in certain cases, we may not be able to act on your request due to the nature of the information your request pertains to and/or the nature of the services we are providing to our subscribers.

If you submit a request regarding the exercise of your privacy rights and we are unable to act for one of the reasons listed above or another reason, we will advise you accordingly and provide the reason for our denial. We will not discriminate against you because you exercise your rights.

For any such request, you will be required to submit three pieces of information including but not limited to your name, address, and home number. We will use this information to search our systems and determine if we have information about you. If we are able to locate information about you, we will fulfill your request. If we are not able to match all three
pieces of information you submit, we may provide you with a report that includes the categories of information we collect, use, disclose and sell.

If you are an authorized agent, you will be required to submit your name, address, and phone number, as well as the name, address, and phone number of the person on whose behalf you are making a request. If we are able to locate the information about the person on whose behalf you are making the request, we will fulfill your request. As an authorized agent, you will
also be required to complete a form certifying you have the right to make this request on behalf of the third party.

Please be advised that we may be required to share personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including but not limited to national security or law enforcement requirements.

10. SECURITY AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal information that we collect will be transferred to and stored securely in Sydney and Melbourne Australia on our host servers with Amazon Web Services. Our data is fully managed by AC3 (Australian Centre for Advanced Computing and Communication Pty Ltd), a trusted government partner, and fully complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
(Privacy Act), including the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) (including the prohibition on transferring personal information outside Australia). Access to these servers is limited to the application, and by our software developers. Customers will be given at least one year’s notice of any relocation of our cloud infrastructure. Our data servers are supported and monitored on a 24/7 basis and are compliant with ISO27001 and ISO9001.

We will keep your personal information secure by taking appropriate technical and organizational measures against its unauthorized or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

All data transferred within the application is protected by SSL. SSL is a technology that makes your data illegible in transit. If anyone were to intercept communication between our servers and your computer, they would not be able to easily decipher what was being passed back and forth.

We will retain your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, or as otherwise required by law.

Our data retention practice is to retain personal information for the length of the customer relationship and for a period of five (5) years after we cease to provide services to such customer, except to the extent we are required to keep the data longer for any reason, in which case we will retain the applicable data for the period in which it is necessary to be retained for the purpose in which it was collected, or until we are no longer required by law to maintain it, to the extent applicable. In the case of all other data that does not constitute personal information, we will retain such customer data for the length of the
customer relationship and for a period one hundred eighty (180) days after our services are terminated, at which point such customer data will be purged.

   child’s personal information provided to use, and to have that information deleted.

3. Our Data Retention and Deletion Requirements are COPPA CompliantWe comply with the data retention and deletion requirements set forth in 16 CFR Part
   312 Section 10, and only retain the personal information collected online from a
   child as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the
   information was collected. Also, we delete the information using reasonable measures
   to protect against unauthorized access to or use of the information in connection
   with its deletion.

12. OUR AGE APPROPRIATE DESIGN MEASURES

We have taken appropriate measures to ensure that the default privacy settings for our Service are configured to ensure a high level of privacy protection for any child accessing the Service, as well as to ensure that we only use the personal information of any child for the reason in which is was collected, except to the extent that there is a compelling reason
that an alternative use is in the best interests of the applicable child or children generally. We are also making efforts to ensure that the terms of our privacy policy are available in clear, age-appropriate language that can be understood by any child accessing the Service. For any tracking we conduct on our Websites, we display an obvious signal to alert any children accessing the Services that their activity is being monitored and by whom it is being monitored. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not intentionally track or monitor children in real time, except to timestamp student activities when a child views lessons or answers questions. you regarding your complaint within a reasonable period of time. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints regarding personal information that cannot be resolved via our internal complaints procedure.

If you follow a link from any of our websites to another site, this Privacy Policy will no longer apply, and you will be subject to the Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions while visiting that website. We are not responsible for the information handling practices of third-party sites.
